At Arval, any sign of dissatisfaction is recorded and processed like a complaint. Together we define the maximum number of complaints that we can receive from you or your drivers. At a glance, our justification analysis provides you with an overview of all the complaints made to us during a certain period of time. If we do not meet our obligations, we will impose a penalty on ourselves, which we will pay to the benefit of our customers.
