Aufgaben:
Your tasks
- Support the Head of Operational Permanent Control and Project Management Office
- Act as an entry point for Operational Permanent Control Management requests within Arval Switzerland which contains risk and control self-assessment, regular control validations, procedure updates, incident identification and reporting, action and recommendation management in liaison with operational teams
- Ensure effective business continuity and crisis management framework
- Support the definition and implementation of project management processes
- Creation and standardization of project methodology and its processes to ensure common project approach and project deliverables
- Support the local implementation of the portfolio and project management tool and train respective staff
- Close collaboration with Project and Product Managers and departments to handover projects to the business and ensure it is meeting local and corporate standards
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation to provide financial reports and budget outlines
Erforderliche Kompetenzen:
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. Business Administration / Law / Economics / Finance)
- You have between 3 – 5 years of professional experience preferably in complex international corporate organisations
- You have profound experience in either project management and/or process management
- You have preferably experience in risk and control management, corporate governance, finance, compliance or audit
- You are business fluent in German and English, any other language is an advantage
- You have a strong analytical thinking, a very structured way of working and you are 100% reliable
- You have a positive mindset and you enjoy teamwork
